Health and Social Services Home

Greetings,

As a Health and Social Services Coordinator I'm here to help students and their families gain access social services according to their need. This is a comprehensive support service that coordinates and provides information on social services and community resources available, as well as confidential medical and mental
health services to students on site.

My goal is to serve as a link between the schools, students and their families, the community, and health & social service agencies.

Ms. C. Johnson
